@jed-the-newspaperguy
It was supposed to be a fun outing, a 'bonding activity' courtesy of the Entity themselves. Something to ease the spirits, allow people to relax and get to know each other in a more amicable environment-
And somehow that little rat bastard of a reporter managed to turn it into a literal nightmare.
A corn maze, it should have been such a simple, boring activity, but it seemed Jed was out to exceeded expectations. Things had started out normal, traversing through the rows of corn with little to no issue, but as the twists and turns began to become more disorienting, she noticed a certain someone being particularly absent. It was only when she attempted to speak to the other killer did she realize she was talking to a wall: or rather, he abandoned her. The realization would hit her like a truck, and almost immediately would her mood sour.
That fucker had just left her in here.
Despite her keen hunting instincts, it still took what felt like hours before she emerged at the end of the maze, free from the corn-enclosed-hell. She was fuming, gaze searching in an attempt to locate Jed, though she came up short. Whether blinded by her own rage or genuinely unable to see him, she didn't know, but she knew she could get her answers from someone else. Making a b-line for the closest person, she hoisted them up off the ground by their collar; a random survivor she didn't recall the name of.
"Where the fuck is he?!"
Of course, the person was confused, bringing forth an agitated huff as she further clarified. She described the Ghost Face as best she could, curses and insults spoken in between the important details. When the impromptu interrogation led nowhere, she would drop them unceremoniously and stomp off in search of him.
She was going to kick his ass the next time she saw him.
