Evega'ar Onasi: To Heal Those Who Are Broken
This is my second character, Evega'ar Onasi.
Level: 50
Class: Sage
Guild: JEDl Order
Evega'ar Onasi was born on the planet Trandosha in a Republic outpost. She was born to a Human Republic pilot named Edgar Onasi, and a Miralukan Healer named A'vossa Onasi. Her older brother, Edgar "Hot Shot" Onasi II or was born a human, and Evega'ar loved him very much. Often they went on adventures together and dreamed of flying in the Republic Navy like their father.
A'vossa often visited the surrounding Trandoshan tribes, offering healing to all and storytelling to the little ones. Sometimes she would bring Evega'ar and Hot Shot. The Trandoshans were very gentle with the children, and actually found to really appreciate their company. It mystified them how these "soft things" seemed so weak and yet they were strong.
One day, Evega'ar's piloting dreams were dashed when a Jedi Master visited the outpost. Immediately sensing Evega'ar's strong ties to the Force, he spoke with Edgar and A'vossa Onasi about taking Evega'ar to Tython to train her.
Once they agreed, A'vossa took Evega'ar one last time to say goodbye to the Trandoshans. Sad to see the little one go, they elected a widower warrior by the name of Ruuntor to join Evega'ar on her Jedi adventure, and to make sure no harm would come to her.
The Jedi Master was opposed to the idea, but once he saw that he wouldn't get Evega'ar without Ruuntor, he agreed.
Evega'ar excelled very nicely along her training. Her masters were very impressed with her compassion towards others, but a little put off by her recklessness attitude that comes with being a pilot's daughter. Many worried about her relationship with Ruuntor being dangerous, but Evega'ar's master knew that no danger would come of it.
While Evega'ar was on Coruscant, her brother had arrived to start training as a Republic pilot. Often Evega'ar snuck away from her Jedi duties to join her brother flying. The flight crew didn't like the idea of someone blindfolded flying one of their fighters, but never did Evega'ar land a ship with even a scratch on it.
Now Evega'ar adventures across the Galaxy, answering the call wherever it is given, with Ruuntor at her side.
Evega'ar provides a nice, non-dramatic Jedi story. She was born well, to a very skilled and caring family. She's compassionate to those in need, but also reckless when things get heated. She's not a typical Jedi; she is stubborn, but gives where she sees it's needed, and doesn't worry about people's alignments when offering help.
She's a healer, and I absolutely love playing her. She feels so powerful, especially with the aoe healing skill "Salvation". Like nothing can stop her (as long as I've got Qyzen, haha).
