Fortunate again to be given access to bear witness to NHL sports history as the Vegas Golden Knights defeat the San Jose Sharks to go up 3-2 in the Stanley Cup playoff series at the T-Mobile Arena. Taking whatever spots I’m offered at this point, while absolutely thankful to Alan Snel of lvsportsbiz.com and Jeff Bottari, I feel like I’m still getting a few decent images there. Shot through the glass for a period which is a lot more challenging than it looks as the glass warps easily in the lens whenever you move away from a straight-on shot. Luckily for me there was a score and celebration in the sweet spot.
Great work again by many player including Vegas Golden Knights right wing Alex Tuch (89), left wing Erik Haula (56), left wing James Neal (18), defenseman Deryk Engelland (5), center William Karlsson (71), defenseman Colin Miller (6) and certainly goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury (29). Excited for tomorrow night’s game too, sure hope they close it out though Tuesday night would be insane here. Tough choice.

(Photograph by Jeff Bottari/NHLI by way of Getty Photographs) Hockey’s dominant storyline this season has been the enlargement Vegas Golden Knights’ historic run to the Western Convention Finals. Documenting that journey has been official staff photographer Jeff Bottari, who has endeavored to be distinctive and proactive in chronicling the Knights’ inaugural yr. “We get to seize historical past, the first season of the Vegas Golden Knights— it’s fairly, fairly trippy to consider,” Bottari defined in a video documenting his work, including: “That’s the entire problem, proper? the problem of capturing the essence of an inaugural season so that permits for some creativity, some new beginnings when it comes to images.” Alex Tuch of the Vegas Golden Knights shoots in Recreation Two of the Western Convention Second Spherical
