BREAKING NEWS: New evidence reveals cop that shot #JeffreyDennis to death in apparent ambush did the exact same thing in 2012. #RichardNicoletti and plainclothes narcs used unmarked vehicles to box-in and shoot down suspect. They fail to announce themselves in any distinguishable way. - In both cases the suspects were unarmed and unaware the men surrounding them were police. - In both cases #RichardNicoletti is the only officer in the unit that discharges his weapon or perceives a need for deadly force. - #Nicoletti is a notoriously brutal cop that belongs behind bars. @shaunking ・・・ On the afternoon of August 20th, #JeffreyDennis, a beloved local football coach and newly engaged father of three wonderful children, was driving his car from work when another car suddenly turned onto his one way street heading in the wrong direction. Alarmed and surprised, Jeffrey backed his car up, only for another car to pull up right behind him and for the car that was going in the wrong direction to aggressively pull toward him. When witnesses in the neighborhood saw this, they literally thought they were witnessing an assassination or mob hit of some kind. Family and friends believe Jeffrey thought the same thing. Alarmed, he tried to pull away, when older white men in regular clothes got out of their cars, pointed their guns, and NEVER identified themselves. Not one time did they announce that they were police officers. SEVERAL WITNESSES have each confirmed this. Suddenly, one of the men gets a large iron weapon from the trunk of his car and aggressively shatters the glass in the driver's side window in Jeffrey's face, cutting his face severely. Confused and disoriented, literally with glass in his eyes, Jeffey tries to drive away, when one of the officers walks right up to Jeffrey at 0:50 in this video, puts the gun in Jeffreys face, and fires his gun over and over again right in Jeffrey's face, killing him instantly. This is murder. It is illegal. It violates the law and violates city policy. Officers then lied on their reports and said that Jeffrey pinned cops between his car and theirs and caused serious injuries to multiple police and that police only killed him as a last resort. In fact, Jeffrey didn't injure anyone. The only cop who was injured cut his hand when he shattered the glass of Jeffrey's window. Everything about this encounter was illegal and violated countless policies.
