aww no sorry, no modding on ps3 :( still, have a look on the mass effect facecode database thingie for sheps that don't use mods, you could use the facecode and then tweak to your liking :)

i do that a lot too because i like certain features a lot but i have some other sheps that look kinda different. mods can help sometimes or just try and choose radical slider values idk :)
