What is the point of the affordable housing lottery in NYC if all you need to do is lie, cheat and in some cases having connections with people in the dept. Your whole family can secure homes, despite their egregious income levels. What is the damn point anymore??? It just proves that we are over worked for the benefit of the system. These new luxury homes are all bogus, these people cut so many corners. Any new home that is built solely on only sheetrock are expected to have more issues than ever Oh don't get me started with the recent structural collapses in the city as well. So many people are in desperate need of safe, affordable housing. This system needs to go at this point. Because this isn't the only housing scam that exist in the city.
