Marc: good, good good, a break that's come at a good time, especially because I'll keep focusing more on gym work than bike work. Eh, riding a bike or not, you don't forget how to do it overnight, but it was time to improve the weaknesses we saw those first 3 races, and well, I can say I'm coming with an optimal level to compete to the maximum. Evidently, the weak point in the other races was the progression of the weekend, it kept getting worse. We've gained a bit of endurance and a lot of strength. So I think this will help me and well, get people talk more about my results than my physique.
