If you had 2,000 dollars to spend where would you go and what would you do

Ahhh if I had $2,000 I’d honestly keep it and use it for my horse expenses and gas honestly… 

BUT if I was already financially secure in that regard, I’d like to take a trip to iceland or the alps or somewhere I can go exploring and hike and get away for a while, preferably out of the country!
