A Bountiful Buffet at NYC Fundraiser

All of us here at Mint Catering were thrilled that we were chosen to cater an exciting fundraiser to benefit the Jericho Project The event was the Celebrate! Charity & Casino Night at 404 NYC on Tenth Avenue in Manhattan. A key focus for the event was the Walton House, Jericho’s eighth and largest supportive housing residence in New York, which will provide the stability of housing and comprehensive services to veterans and young adults.

On the menu was a Mediterranean Station, complete with Falafel, Hummus, Moroccan Lamb Cigars, along with all the tasty accompaniments. Our Carving Station chefs served up hearty steak and potatoes, featuring Filet Mignon and Flank Steak, Mushroom Demi-Glacé, Roasted Baby Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli Rabe.

And what event can be complete without a sweets station to top off the evening? Our bite-sized desserts included the irresistible carrot cake, mixed berry tartlets, and chocolate creme brulee tartlets. Cheers to the Jericho Project event - and thanks again for asking us to be a part of it!
