About the Author:
I’m a college professor with a writing hobby that I can’t give enough attention to. I like to think I live in the woods in a little cottage, but the truth is that I’m just a homebody in a relatively large town in Eastern NC. I’m a procrastinator with a colorful repertoire that drinks a lot of coffee and hates folding laundry (but I do it anyway). A massive reader/lover of all things Jensen Ackles and Dean Winchester. I actually began my love of Supernatural by walking randomly into my mother-in-law’s house one afternoon and I caught the end of “Yellow Fever” where Jensen lip syncs “Eye of the Tiger”. I lost myself in his green eyes right in front of my husband and in-laws and never looked back.
Fun fact: Jensen wrote one of my tattoos for me.

It Was You (Series Masterlist)
Summary: A holiday (Christmas centric) Jensen x Female!Reader Best Friends to Lovers Series: Jensen and Y/n are childhood best friends. When his agent informs him that his image could use some improvement for a role, will she help him? Or will her feelings get in the way?
Why the author likes this fic:
My most recent series that came with all the holiday feels. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy and it’s a friends to lovers fic, which is my personal favorite trope.
Ever After
Summary: An Enchanted!Themed Dean X Reader One Shot: Dean and the reader are investigating some mysterious happenings in Louisiana that they suspect to be a witch. When they arrive, things are not as they seem and they find themselves transported to an alternate universe where things get… weird.
Why the author likes this fic:
This was originally written for a Disney themed challenge and the film I selected was Enchanted. I actually still think about this fic a lot, and it is one of my favorites.
Moments (Series Masterlist)
Summary: Another Jensen x Reader Series: Attending a convention has always been a dream - and that dream is now a reality. Little did you know a clumsy run-in would lead to meeting one of your favorite actors. Who knows what the weekend will hold.
Why the author likes this fic:
My first completed series holds a special place in my heart. Inspired by an actual dream of mine and an anonymous ask combined, I loved the characters I got to use in this story and how the story played out. I’m still hoping to include an epilogue, but it’ll happen one of these days.

Legally Yours (Series Masterlist) by @smol-and-grumpy
Summary: Dean Winchester tops the list of hottest entrepreneurs 2020 and yet, there’s still something he wants but can’t have because, in order to get that, he would have to settle down and get married. She agrees too quickly because she wants to secure a more comfortable life for her and her daughter. Will she be able to help Dean get what he wants without losing herself in the fake story they spin up to deceive his father and the world?
Why the author likes this fic:
(A) @smol-and-grumpy is much better at summaries than I am. (B) I am legitimately obsessed with this series. I will have it in print one of these days. It’s hot, fluffy, angsty, and it pulls your heart strings in a million different directions, but its also hottt. I dropped everything I was doing each time I got an update and chapter after chapter astonished me with talent in writing. It pulled me in and never let go and I’m so grateful for it.
The Arrangement (Series Masterlist) by @ravengirl94
Summary: In an AU where the Winchester family owns a multi-million dollar company, Dean’s in a bit of a pinch. Grandpa Samuel is threatening to cut him off if he doesn’t straighten out and stop getting into trouble. Instead of taking some responsibility, Dean comes up with an ingenious plan: find someone to pretend to be his girlfriend. You and Dean have never gotten along, but a fake relationship seems to be beneficial to you both…
Why the author likes this fic:
(A) I’m realizing I suck as summaries (B) I’m noticing a trend in my all-time-favorite-series C) I have read this series about 100 times and I’m not exaggerating. It is my go-to comfort fic and has me in feels every time. I adore it more than I can say. @ravengirl94’s characterization of Dean in this fic is breathtaking, and the plot is incredible.
Flashes; (Series Masterlist) by @our-jensen-ackles-love
Summary: Playboy Jensen Ackles is hurting his television show’s image. Every time he promised to get his act together, it’d last for about a week before pictures emerge of him half-drunk with some broad on his arm. Fed up and desperate, his agent decides their only hope to save some face is to write up a contract with a nobody girl who could use the money while getting to play the role of Jensen’s girlfriend.
It was only for a year and it was only for the photos.
But feelings don’t always follow the rules, do they?
Why the author likes this fic:
(A) Do you notice the trend now? I have a fake-dating au obsession (and when you mix that with a little bit of gruff Jensen/Dean in the beginning… OOF). (B) I’ve told her many times, but this is my fave by my fave. I adore @our-jensen-ackles-love to infinity and beyond and this is the series that started my friendship with her. I screamed incoherently at her in a message because Flashes; was giving me all the emotions and I fell deeply in love with it, and then I never left her alone after that.
[SOFreddie Note: Flashes lives rent-free in my brain. Forever.]
