i honestly enjoy making prompts and ideas for fics than i do writing them. i used to feel horrible about it because its a mixture of "isnt that what the ai users do as well?" and "its not good to be only a consumer of media in fandoms, you also need to create for it to live" thoughts. now, i am came to realize 1) im not an ai user because i don't use ai and 2) making prompts and fic ideas is still a part of creating, especially when i share them with other creatives. i enjoy this and its not hurting anyone or myself, so there's no reason for me to feel so horrible about it
