I'm lovin all the dead birds today! How do birds look so majestic even in death? Who knows.
There’s something very fragile and quietly upsetting about dead birds; particularly passerines. It’s probably because we generally view birds as so active and ‘alive’ (far more so than mammals, in my opinion). Really does define the lines between life and death, y’know.
DAY 71
Favorite Friday!
Since it's spring break and I'm home, I thought I would share my favorite thing about being home. It's the bagels...definitely the bagels. They are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Add in some taylor ham, egg and cheese and the bar has been raised. If the bagels are fresh and warm, then forget about it, they are like nothing you've ever had in the world. I strongly believe that taylor ham, egg and cheese on a bagel is God'd gift to New Jersey.
