Wow! What a weekend the Weekender music festival proved to be. We’re sure that the highlight of the event varied for many as the variety of acts on show was simply immense. However, for us, Sister Sledge epitomised everything a music festival is about - bringing people together. And as for this particular tune, well, it took me back to the rave heydays when the legendary local nightspot The Inn On The Park would close its bars half way into the night. All the lights in the club would illuminate the entire 1500 capacity venue and this became one of the anthems whilst the bars closed before mayhem ensued through until 6am. Thank you Weekender.
