my birthday is coming up real soon

im going to be turning 18 -- thats a milestone !

i feel as though this should be an important day, but i cant get myself to care as much as i want to.

my family members keep asking me what i want as gifts, but im honestly not sure. i know i would want merchandise of my interests, but they are all so niche. they will probably be hard to find, so i feel as though i shouldnt ask.

ichiro yamaguchi acrylic stands, clothes from the graniph x yusuke nakamura collaboration, books that masafumi gotoh has written . . .

i have a feeling those things will be insanely expensive too, and my family are never willing to try japanese proxies. i dont want them to spend too much on me if they do find anything.

im probably going to ask for the rest of the silicon valley funko pops . . and jimmy's book. i wanna own how to american for myself !

hopefully i will be allowed to expand my itemlabel collection too. i was banned from buying anything from itemlabel a few years ago because i used to blow every paycheck i get on my collection.

but either way, just having a cake would be enough for me, really.

and in the back of my head im hoping that my friends draw me things as birthday gifts. art gifts are what im the most excited about !
