By Ian Shalapata (DETROIT, ON) – To mark the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel’s 85th birthday, artist Jesse Kassel, of Inner State Gallery, has been commissioned to design a new mural to adorn the Detroit toll plaza. Officially opened on November 3, 1930, the tunnel’s newest addition should be installed by mid-month.
