Making A Werewolf... - Jessie/Erin
The scream that breaks the air has Jessie racing toward the scream, her pants rough until she slows, forces her body to change to that of a human, her sigh soft at the sight of the fallen woman. She can scent the air, the woman’s back is broken open, scratches so deep they will leave scars, and she arches even as she fights to find her feet. Jessie moves slowly to help her up, watching Erin closely as she lifts her, carrying her away to the nearest Were Hospital, where Jessie can watch over Erin and see to the woman’s raked skin.
“Jessie… Jessie…”
“Shhh, I’m here Erin, I’ve got you.”
They may have known each other a surrogate mother and teacher but now Jessie knows destiny has opened a door for her. She sits at Erin’s side, watching her sleep, and wonders just what she can do about the boy.
Later, a week later, Erin sleeps through the night and Jessie makes use of her time asleep to do what she must, leaving the boy’s broken body in the road, her eyes drying as she sits at Erin’s side again, promising that she won’t leave.
