to me, they would 100% think the other is a loser in some way. very much “I could fix him, but why would I?”

I'm so intrigued by JesterFlag as someone who doesn't ship them...yet.

I'd love to hear about their dynamic and/or any headcanons you have surrounding them, so I could understand them better 🙇

Tbh, my thoughts on these two go back and fourth so often but these are my current thoughts on their dynamic

(Somewhat Damian focused since I feel like I have a better grasp on his character than Sarmenti. Apologies 😔)

Sarmenti enjoys the enrichment they get from each other but does not like Damian touching him especially if it’s in a more romantic way

Damian doesn’t care for Sarmenti’s jokes at all, but enjoys the other parts of shows he puts on. He likes the music as well

I can’t personally see them becoming close emotionally. I prefer seeing their relationship as more transactional. Sarmenti is often under-stimulated and Damian prefers the pain others can bring him over doing it himself. They both fulfill this need for each other

Damian irritates Sarmenti to no end, yet he’s still found himself attached in a way

Damian would be weird about Sarmenti’s missing finger and seeing a type of martyrdom in the act where there was none. It is incredibly off putting to Sarmenti. Damian is everything that Sarmenti hates interacting with, yet for reasons he can’t understand he keeps coming back

If I were to explore a more romantic dynamic between them, I could easily see Damian being a bit too high energy for Sarmenti to deal with. He prefers to limit romantic gestures to when Damian is asleep and more docile.
