So the youth got themselves a cute denim devo on @illustratedfaith and I think it is fantastic! The big younguns’ (us) need some denim too! You know why? Denim is a timeless fashion. It may have been cut and styled differently in various decades but the fabric never changed! This fabric is representative of God: He is stylish in every era and will be for centuries to come—the bible says He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore! What I love about God is that while He created us in His image, He knew that we were fallible—we were destined to have rips or tears in our fabric. But God... He created the plan way back, before He created the earth, during the time of Leviticus (that many may be scratching their heads at right now as they read it, but God’s Plan never fail!). I am so grateful that He had us in mind since the beginning of time... I am proud to sing the songs of old and the modern ones that make me want to dance.
