i understand your point about the hate and how the bible tells about both love and hate but i'm having a little trouble with the homophobia because i don't recall any bible passages about promoting homophobia.
How does it not promote homophobia? The way verses are interpreted today, it promotes the idea that being gay is a sin. Those ideals fuck with gay people achieving equal rights today. Maybe it doesn’t say to be afraid of gay people, but it's problematic just the same.
