I had an adventure today!

‪There are some tweaks I have to make to the costume, but I’m going to surprise my students at Bunkasai in a few weeks as Conan! The rest of the costume pieces (other than the socks and I’m debating suspenders) came today so I threw them all on. I even finished the glasses!‬

They’re here!!!! There are only six people in the entire school that know who’s coming to Bunkasai....

Just sitting at my desk and my desk neighbor, apropos of nothing, pulls out this little dude from under her desk. And then revealed she had a second one in a taped-shut paper bag next to him. I went and found him leaves. He’s Kabuchan.

Rounding out a kind of meh day, I met a lovely lovely kitty today! He got spooked by the guys working on my apartment, which is fair, so I couldn’t pet him, but maybe he’ll come back. He’s so cute...

I had a really lovely day today. I got to record a podcast with @dianapocalypse and @jalules in the morning, and then went to Nagoya for a cat cafe and casual shopping before my haircut. Found that they opened a Ghibli store (and a HUGE one, too) in Nagoya Station. The sleeping cat up there straight up fell asleep while I was giving her head scritches. The weather was perfect, people were friendly... just a really good day!
