Sakuma illustrations for the Joker Game Fangame.

The expressions from first to last is:

1.Normal

2.Smiling/happy

3.Surprised

4.Frustrated

5.Sad 

I tried to keep them in the same order I drew them in for this post to see how my art style changed a bit as I went. Now that I posted this I realized I made some mistakes making it transparent (there are bits of color in the area meant to be clear)  UuU;. Thank you @lookslikerainydays for for being so patient and waiting for me to finish.

joke game fandom, the joker game otome game project isn’t dead or going to get dropped, just too many delays and other things getting in the way that have been dragging this process, but I promise I’ll be making a proper update sometime soon

I need a huge urgent help with the joker game fangame project.

Artists are needed for three main characters, that means if you’re going to take part it you’ll be required to draw them in at least five different expressions. If you’ve taken part before with a previous character but want to take part in this, then please don’t hesitate and contact me again. Thanks for all the help so far!

Edit:Thank you all so much for your help, the open spots have now been taken and hopefully from now on things will go much smoother and I hope the next post I make is going to be an actual update~

Quick, quick update with the jg otome game project. There are new spots for several characters for any artist interested in drawing them. They are:

Updates

Firstly, the Joker Game manga updates:

I’m finally back from my hiatus and have started working on the manga again. Joker Game chapter 12 should be up by the next day and following that a two chapter update for the D No Maou manga to make up for the lack of updates.

~Now, here’s a tiny update with the Joker Game project:

Having my finals (guess who’s finally done with her finals btw and just got her results)  stopped me from working on this game and I’ll be going back to working on it sometime in the next few days. But working on it brought me to tears as I had nearly lost all of my work but then I found an old copy I had saved before switching the programs so nothing was lost and I can’t begin to describe the happiness I got when I realised nothing was lost. Anyway, here’s a tiny screencap:

This is just a preview and I’m still working on the very first scene of the game so this preview, say for example the textbooks and fonts, are going to be different from the final version.

Anyway, would you please reblog this so more people can know about this project and we can have more artists taking part in this? There are still two more spots open for the characters and if I get responses from more than two, I can add additional characters that I’ve kept aside for now but would be a nice addition to the game if we were to get more people involved.

Now, for all the artists that have taken part already:

I’ve just checked tumblr today so I’ll get back to all your messages later. For those who’ve sent me their sprites and I haven’t responded, I checked my email today and saw all of them and they’re all perfect, and I’ll be sending you a message again just to confirm that I did indeed get it. For everyone else, take your time with drawing your sprites, I just ask that you send me an estimation of when you think you’ll be done with them. If I’ve already talked to you about this and if you’ve sent me a message about any sort of delay, then no need to send me a message again and I won’t be sending you a message about this. And finally, thank you for taking part!

hello there, im wondering, is the joker game game still going on? O.o

It’s still going on just currently on hold for many different circumstances

edit: it’s been cancelled. as much as I wanted to continue, so many dropped out and I was willing to take on those spots (even though my art is terrible) but some never sent me their art on the date we decided on and never replied to anything so yeah, I’m tired and it wasn’t going anywhere.

as frustrating as it was to never getting any replies back, it was ultimately a free fan made game and it’s understandable why they dropped out or just refused to answer.

Sorry for everyone that actually participated and sent me their art. I’m genuinely sorry this ended so badly.
