[text] You could just go ahead and ask her. I'm coming anyway. -S

[text] I'm coming to get Emily. This is not negotiable. -S
[text] Who is this? -GL
Lestrade isn't sending the girl out with anyone who is not Harkness.
Emily didn't bother replying to Greg's message. He was cautious of her, she could understand that. But as she stood awkwardly outside of Greg's flat, Emily couldn't get over how very...young she looked compared to everybody else at Torchwood. She had to be one of their youngest agents, right? She couldn't help the feeling of being very exposed, either, even with the phaser that she'd just killed Jack with strapped to her hip.
Lestrade opened the door in a rush, tugging Hunter out the door behind him. He froze when a young woman, who couldn't be in her twenties, came into his line of sight just outside his front door.
"..... Miss Emily?" He dared to ask.
His muscles tensed with anticipation and survival instinct. He didn't trust many people to begin with, but nowadays, that trust for strangers of any age was greatly diminished.
[text] I may or may not have accidentally shot him with my phaser. That's what they're called in Star Trek, anyways. [text] I'm pretty sure seventeen year olds shouldn't be allowed guns. [text] Never mind, see you wherever you are. Jack's getting your location now. -Emily

[text] .... I'm getting into my car with my daughter and we're leaving. -GL
Lestrade jumped up and nearly stumbled over Hunter. "We're going out." Hunter clasped his hand in hers and skipped alongside him as he grabbed his wallet and keys. "You won't need anything; we're just going for a drive through... all of London. With my gun because- Daddy knows best."
Hunter didn't object, though she was very curious about what was going on.
[text] Greggy *whispers virtually* I'm coming. -Emily
[text] Bloody hell. I'm going to shoot him for this. -GL
[text] He counts this as field work. [text] And he says that if I want to keep my job I'll do it. [text] Though he's probably bluffing. -Emily
[text] Tell him that I said no. -GL
[text] Jack tells me to come check on you. -Emily
[text] No.
[text] Tell him that is unnecessary and if he has to know I'm alright, he has to come himself.
[text] Don't you sass me. -Emily
[text] I'll do what I want.
[text] Sure. -GL
