At first I wasn’t so sure about this drama. The first few episodes had me thinking twice to continue watching, but then somewhere thereafter I kept watching and found it actually quite enjoyable and adorable. Now I did have a few drawbacks. The way they wrote the female character could get a bit annoying, making her a bit too naive’ish following the male lead around so blissfully unaware with how he uses her and pushes her away then tugs her close in a constant round about way. I was so happy much later on that her character grew more independent and strong willed with a mind of her own as did the male lead. Next up comes the dreaded sticky love triangle that I usually either love or hate. In this case I didn’t care for it at all and felt so sorry for the secondary male lead at times with being major whomped on. I mean come on man couldn’t the guy ever catch a break, despite loving the chemistry between both main leads I disliked that storyline. Overall though this drama can get a bit overdramatic and cheesy at times, but that’s not to say its still very enjoyable.

Xiaochun says the name of her old love ❤️ while she is ill.

Bai Zhong has prisoners of Zhao interrogated to figure out a plan of attack using Yi.

Bai Zhong and Yin Xiaochun continue on with their symbiotic hateful relationship.

Yin Xiaochun is the only one to cure General Bai Zhong after she poisoned 🤢 him.

The General and Doctor spend all their spare time tormenting each other.

These enemies are going to get close. 😘

Yin Xiaochun joins the Qin Military as a military doctor. She wants to avenge the battle of Handan and punish General Bai Zhong.

She has connections with the crown prince and princess and was the attending doctor for the birth of the crown prince’s elder son.

Xiaochun impresses General Bai’s aide with her skills.
