Inspired by me who had a brainwave 2.5 hours before finals officialy start:

Anderson: Bi and ace/ace-adjacent (doesn't really consider himself anything in general lol). Had a bf, Lukas, when he was serving Decarabian, is now engaged to me ehe. Pretty neutral on sex, won't actively seek it out but usually won't object if his date wants. I've said it before but uses he/they pronouns, it switchs depending on the day usually - not often much shorter than that. Doesn't mind too much getting called whatever, is a pretty mellow guy in general.

Jianhao: Probably pan/bi, prefers guys. Celibate because of his (parasite cockblock) Shax - fun discussion to have with any type of partner (not lol). Doean't really mind bc he is usually too worn out from training to think about sex. He/him but doesn't really care about it, might look at you funny if you try calling him "her" but it's more confusion than anger.

Shax: I don't know the exact term, but genderfluid (he/him for the time he's been occupying Jianhao tho) and also sexuality fluid. Swaps from ace to hypersexual and everything in between at the drop of a hat, mostly keeps making jokes about how attractive someone is to mess with Jianhao. No real preference but slight lean toward guys bc of Jianhao's likes.

Amélie: Canonically aromantic and bi. Prefers girls in an aesthetic way but doean't really have a strong preference. Afab enby and uses she/her, doesn't really like they/them but will tolerate it. Don't call her "he." Not really looking for a partner, too busy doing revolution plotting.

Matteo: Gay, demiboy? I haven't really figured it out but that sounds right. Uses he/they and swaps very frequently, is most comfortable getting pronouns swapped every sentance or two. Leans toward ace, but sex positive and will seek it out on occasion.
