It’s hot and we’ve been busy... and I’ve been dealing with a lot of guilt. Rather than heating up the house, we’ve been buying goodies for men’s prayer night and because of this, there are rarely any “leftovers” for my love and he’s been jonesing for something sweet. And then I remembered something - when I was young girl, I would bake @jiffymixes cake mixes in the microwave for my dad. I wondered if I could do the same with the box brownie mix I had on hand. Yes. Yes you can. In 6 minutes I had the most delicious brownies. Soft. Chewy. Amazing!! I don’t use “jiffy” these days, but maybe I’ll try using a “Betty” or “Duncan” boxed cake mix for men’s prayer.
