Things the GO fandom as a whole have just accepted as canon
Crowley's favorite word is "ngk-"
They kissed in 1941. That's why the vibe was so awkward during the Holy Water scene in 1967.
The fire extinguishers in s2 are all from Crowley because of the bookshop fire in s1
Aziraphale is a huge flirt. Crowley gets flustered easily.
They adopted Jimbriel and Muriel
Crowley steals all the genders but Aziraphale is content with the lack of them
Crowley would go to bars and rant to Hozier, not knowing it was him, then hear his songs on the radio and break down because the lyrics understanded him.
How has no one called the yellow feather duster out yet?
How in the Freddy Mercury has no one yet pointed out that the yellow feather duster moment is a huge shoutout to one of the most Good Omens coded Queen songs of all time: I Want To Break Free.
I can't unsee it. This is now Gabriel's fight song. He's fallen in love for the first time and needs to break free. Just check out these lyrics if you've never heard it...
I want to break free
I want to break free
I want to break free from your lies
You're so self-satisfied, I don't need you
I've got to break free
God knows, God knows I want to break free
I've fallen in love
I've fallen in love for the first time
And this time, I know it for real
I've fallen in love, yeah
God knows, God knows I've fallen in love
It's strange but it's true, yeah
I can't get over the way you love me like you do
But I have to be sure
When I walk out that door
Oh, how I want to be free, baby
Oh, how I want to be free
Oh, how I want to break free
But life still goes on
I can't get used to living without, living without
Living without you by my side
I don't want to live alone, hey
God knows, got to make it on my own
So baby can't you see
I've got to break free
I've got to break free
I want to break free, yeah
I want, I want, I want, I want to break free
With love,

One of my favorite things about Good Omens is that it had the perfect enemies-to-lovers set up with Crowley and Aziraphale, but it also knew that would be expected... and also that it wouldn't really work with Crowley and Aziraphale, who have never really truly been one another's enemies or seen one another as such.
So, instead? They did a separate, flirty friendship love story using classic enemies-to-lovers romance story beats. They made the irresistable misunderstandings and wrong impressions of enemies-to-lovers be part of the story in Good Omens-- but not between Crowley and Aziraphale...
...between the two of them and Gabriel and Beez.
They were like this main pair has been in love without any real internal conflict over it for forever so the enemies-to-lovers slow burn in this story is going to be this other plot where it takes them for fucking ever-- in a delicious way-- to realize that they've got the most perfect pair of best friends for literally ever in Gabriel and Beelzebub.
It's seasons of a love story where the love isn't necessarily romantic and the question is when are our main two gonna get together with Jon Hamm and the fly boss already?!? It's a subversion of romance tropes-- and the story is so much better for it.
