Jimi apparently reads his tarot! (According to his Instagram story on January 11th, 2026). I’m an experienced tarot reader, so I’m going to try my best to interpret what all of this means. 🃏🔮
He drew 12 cards, which correspond to what will happen in each of the 12 months of the year.
January - Ten Of Wands. This signifies hard work and new responsibilities, some of which might feel overwhelming. He just joined a new band, so that tracks, I guess.
February - Justice. One meaning of this card, is “you get what you deserve” - all your hard work is going to pay off. While that’s likely what it means in this context, it can also symbolize an important decision that must be made. Or a need to create balance in your life (don’t overwork yourself and get burnt out. Joel knows all about that, right?)
March - Death. This symbolizes the end of something. If the important decision from February is “should I quit the band?”, then March is when he actually does it. 😭 But a more optimistic interpretation is, a difficult period of hard work will end for him, and he’ll be able to relax. Maybe they’ll finish the album?
April - The Fool. This symbolizes new beginnings, or the start of an adventure. If he quit his band, then it could mean starting a different job. 😭 Alternatively, it could mean promoting a new single, or filming a new music video.
May - Seven Of Wands. This symbolizes a challenge, that will force you to prove yourself worthy of success. Hokka’s first gig is supposed to be on May 7th, at Tavastia, so that tracks. It can also symbolize competition with a rival. Maybe another band will release a single during the same period, or have a show on the same day? If so, I really hope it’s BC. 😅
June - Six Of Swords. This symbolizes a situation calming down, or a transition to a new, easier period of life. This probably means that the show went well, and he doesn’t have to feel stressed about it anymore.
July - The High Priestess. This card can symbolize receiving new knowledge. Maybe Joel or Pauli teach him something. However, it can also be a warning to trust your instincts/gut feelings. Maybe something seems “off” about Pauli?
August - Three Of Cups. This symbolizes friendship, good times, and celebrations. Maybe an album release party?
When’s his birthday? That could be it, too lol
September - Knight Of Swords. This represents doing something ambitious, and being determined to make it a success. Maybe a tour outside of Finland? However. It can also symbolize that you set your goal a little too high. Maybe tickets for this tour don’t sell well. 😭
October- The Moon. This can represent an illusion - all is not as it seems. It can also mean feeling anxious about something. Maybe he’s outwardly smiling for the fans, but internally, he’s stressed out about how the tour is going.
November - Nine Of Cups. This symbolizes a wish coming true, or receiving a reward. Maybe the band will be nominated for an Emma?
December - Eight Of Swords. This is actually not a good card to end the year with. 😭 It typically symbolizes feeling trapped or powerless. Maybe he’s not happy with the direction the band is taking. But I guess time will tell what that means.
