I'm biased but you should definitely keep teaching in mind!! That's so nice though ugh I miss my old teachers so much I always wanna go back to my high school and talk to them. What do you plan on doing career wise if not teaching?

Haha, I actually used to want to be a teacher when I was growing up, but as I got older, I realized that I genuinely dislike children (so at least elementary and middle school were out) and while I debated high school, I don’t think it’s for me. Becoming a professor would be the only way I’d become a teacher to be honest. I would love to be that professor for people, the one who makes a difference, but I still just don’t know. As far as what I’m planning to do, it’s more of just a general “I love to write but have no direction” kind of thing. That used to really bother me, but I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ll figure it out in time. There’s a lot I can do as an English major so it’s not like I’m really limited. I’ll find something!

Yes !! I’ve had a few of those teachers and they are such important ppl in my life which is why I’m studying to be a teacher

That’s so great! I still toss the idea of becoming a professor around, but I just don’t know that teaching is really for me. Because I’m an English major, it is, of course, what everyone asks me if I’m going to be doing, but I digress. My Creative Writing professor is so fantastic and I hate not having him this semester. I finally saw him for the first time this semester and we just did the whole “Hi, how are you?” thing, but it was like I miss you!!! At least I’ll have Creative Writing II with him next semester :)

24: Is there someone you wish you could fix things with?

No. I have done the things I have done for reasons, be they good or bad reasons and though I regret some things, I think that I’m at a point in life where the friends I have or don’t have are a reflection of the accumulation of actions I have done and no single thing has caused me to gain or lose a friend. This probably won’t make much sense when I read it over in the morning.

Ask games where I apparently can’t give a straight answer but I love doing these thanks for fueling my addiction
