The monster ran wild within candle town. Soon one Hallow split into a thousand and chased after the terrorized residents. Shadows tore up stands, ransacked homes in search of candle jacks, snuffing out the light in their wake. They dropped from the sky like black rain grabbing at anyone nearby. In a matter of seconds the unthinkable happened to every jack that night. As the original Hallow darted away from the night sky everyone came to a horrifying revelation. Snick snack went the wood against the turning blades . Jing pulled and tugged but still it’s teeth cut. In one loud snap down goes the tree as branches and bark break against the ground. Jing. The people of his town never liked him that much. They couldn't see a reason behind his words or actions. What drove him to carve faces into the pumpkins each night for Halloween. No one knows. If someone asked him(like that will happen) he would rattle his bones in mad laughter "Because it's just so much fun." but if jing was honest to himself perhaps he was looking for someone who could see the world the way he did. Candle jacks and the curse. On the first All Hallows' eve there was only a single source of light through the cold autumn nights that remained untouched by humans and monsters. On the first night a boy name jack stole that single light and in doing so not only brought warmth in the cold autumn nights but split himself into two. The Hallow jack, selfish and greedy wish to steal the light for themselves and the Candle jacks who spread and share the light in the darkest and coldest days of the year.
