After ages, I am watching something that has me on the edge of my seat. The show has its flaws, but the screenplay is extremely good. The jokes are funny, Madhav Mishra's crew fits perfectly with him, creating organic moments of pure joy and laughter even when a brutal murder mystery is taking its course in the background.
I loved the individual arcs of the characters, Madhav facing a dilemma whether to work comfortably with a corporate giant or go with his heart! Madhav's wife's arc of not being able to drive, and her beauty parlour being under renovation. Deep struggling with competency issues while trying hard to prove his mettle. Shivani has a conflict with her mother about joining a job at Madhav Mishra's and not choosing to work with her celebrity lawyer mom.
The things that I have an issue with:
1. They have conveniently removed the cameras from the lobby areas and lift area so as to make sure that the mystery exists. This is too convenient for the plot.
2. Madhav's conflict with CLU is short-lived. We do not see the dichotomy; it is very clear from the start that he won't be opting for the corporate bread and butter. If they gave something more to the corporate job conflict, I would have liked that better.
The last 2 episodes are yet to release, but I had a great time watching the show!
