WOD 14/03/14

Weekend is finally here, yay! 

For a warm-up I did some jump roping and rowing

Today's WOD was a Team WOD, 

While the first person is running a 200m round, the other one is doing the other exercises: 

60 pull-ups

60 squats

60 push-press (I did 15 kgs, my partner did 30 kgs)

5 rounds of these exercises have to be completed. 

I was lucky enough to find a partner who is really strong, fast and motivated and we completed this WOD in 36:33 minutes. I  must admit that my partner did more reps than I did, which made me feel a little guilty sometimes. But he didn't mind, 'cause we both did the best we could and that's enough. Guess he is right. My legs were still reaaally sore from yesterday's pistol squats, making the squatting and running rather painful but still I'm very happy with our time and I can start my weekend feeling satisfied :)

Wish I could go out for shopping or lay in bed all day and watch series or just take some time for myself but instead I have to study for these stupid exams.. And it's sooo important to get good grades arghhh
