I got them from AmiAmi. I get most of my merchandise from AmiAmi, for those that AmiAmi doesn't carry, I use a deputy service or find it on my own somewhere else online.
Ahh the Eren and the Bertholdt are so cute

It's possible! Though, it's probably unlikely. There's a formula for finding Birth Cards, so the coincidence could just be chalked up to having 19 as your birthday sum.
Do you have any advice on buying snk doujins in Japan? I hear Akihabara and Ikebukuro were good places to buy doujin.
Unfortunately, I don't. I have never set foot in Japan (I don't count airports), so I don't really know what to tell you. I do all my doujinshi purchases either online using a service, or I ask my friends to help me get them.
To my knowledge, the best places for SnK doujinshi would be at SnK-only events like FALL OF WALL or other comic events. But generally, I'd say to just poke your head into any Toranoana, Mandarake, or those kinds of stores. You can definitely find stores in Akihabara and Ikebukuro, but Shinjuku and Machida have some (Toranoana) too, though not as many as the former two.
