The Fox Theater in Pomona has this thing (that a lot of venues are starting to do now) where if you spend $20 or $30 on drinks or food you get to cut the line and get early entry to the show which sucks because people might have been waiting since the early morning hours to get front row for a show and they get completely screwed over. It totally greedy bullshit and a lot of people will do it. And last night at the Haim concert someone took initiative to put a dent in this sucky system. A fan messaged Este telling her what was going on and how unfair it was for us that had been waiting in line forever and Este replied saying she had no idea this was happening and that she was so mad and that she was going to try her hardest to get at least a group of us in. And you bet she fucking did it. We ended up first row where we rightfully belonged for how long we waited and people that had paid the extra $$ were pissed. But you know what? Money can't buy you everything and Este is the fucking best is what I'm trying to get at. :-)
