very basic iced coffee from your friendly canadian author

1/4 to 1 cup instant coffee or 1 1/2 cup of cold brewed coffee 2-4 tbsp of maple syrup (the good stuff, not the imitation) 2 cups of milk of your choice (more depending on how strong you want your coffee) ice (i didn’t have any)

1 to 2 scoops of vanilla Ice cream (optional)
