My hero on Halloween

I was always being picked on by the bully’s at my school. I hated that they made fun of my dad who was mute. I wasn’t but they made fun of me in other ways. It always hurt. Today however is Halloween. I knew they were going to bother me today but I didn’t care. I was dressed in (Y/C). Today would be the best night ever. This was my first year going trick or treating alone. My dad waved by to me and signed enjoy yourself, if you need me I’ll come as soon as I know. With that I went on my way. My dads has always been misterius like that.
Time skip to an hour later of Halloween candy.
I was walking to the next house when who should appear but my bully’s. They started to come to me but I decided to walk away. They were too fast however and had my arm pinned behind my back in secounds. They were going for my candy when suddenly a bloody pumpkin guy with a knife in its head came out of knowhere. This scared them so much that they ran away and never looked back. They left all their candy behind too. Then when they were gone the man took off his pumpkin to revel my dad JJ. I hugged him and for the rest of the night he accompanied me. After that day their was a rumor spread that I had my own Halloween protector. JJ my dad was my Halloween hero.
