You can cosplay whoever the fuck you want with whatever body type you have. Except painting your skin to be african american. It’s illegal to do “black face” apparently.

aw, thank you, jay. it's just more of a self consciousness issue i have. black rock shooter wears pretty much a bikini, and i can't even handle my tankini top and swim trunks at the moment. (also, there is a huge difference between changing your skin tone for a cosplay and putting on actual black face, so...?)
