This family needs help, that's all there is to it.

I'd probably transfer this case to a Prosecutor. Rina deliberately deceived her family to allow her to die, then prepare her burial. I don't think I'd have it in me to Prosecute a family who is just as ill as their lost family member. It would hit too close to home for me.

That does sound disturbing. Spirits can't feed the physical body. It is impossible, because the spirit world and physical world are separated. If it wasn't, we wouldn't require Spirit Channeling to speak to the dead.

I'm afraid the issues with the victim of this case is a neglected soul that neglected itself. Had her mother been a responsible mother, she would have sent her daughter for treatment instead of following her daughter's instructions. Mothers are never supposed to leave their children to make rules over them. It is unheard of in Khura'in and most Eastern countries.
