The McLaren MP4-12C utilises two Mitsubishi turbochargers to help extract around 600bhp from its 3.8 litre V8 engine, though clearly for some people, this is just not enough!
Turbo Dynamics has been working with JM Imports to develop a set of hybrid turbos that should see quite significant power gains once fitted and mapped in. The upgrades include a bespoke Garrett GT29 CHRA fitted with a custom 71mm GTX Gen II based compressor wheel.
