So Chip and Joanna Gaines seem like nice people but I thought it odd that their Target "Hearth and Hand with Magnolia" brand which sells the rustic pro's and tv's artisan Americana look is all made in China and India (like most Target fare) . Now I understand the need to be competitive on a world economy but how ironic is it that the American artisan heritage look that the Gaines want to portray is made overseas. Certainly at least a percentage of their collection through Target could maintain a made in USA sticker but instead their collection is only hurting the already diminished artisan market that the Gaines purport to love.
