succulent: what are some things which calm you down?
music is the number one thing. i have songs for like every mood ranging from 'wow i hate myself' to 'bro i'm god's gift to the world' so y'know that's my first thing. i also try to talk other people through their own problems because i find it easier to help other people when i'm depressed. easier to focus on someone else than yourself, idk? <3
