Apple Cheddar Panini made by Walmart Chef Jodi Taffel! The recipe calls for Gouda cheese but her Walmart didn’t have it stock. Being from New York and using her culinary creativity, she went with sharp cheddar. Apple pie is often served with melted cheddar on top so she knew it would be terrific in this panini.
