Joe Fenton is an artist I find really interesting. He is an English Illustrator and sculptor, mainly working with graphite, ink and acrylic. He has also worked as a concept designer on films such as "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".
Joe has also written and illustrated two children's books; "What's Under the Bed?" and "Boo!".
Most of his work is achromatic, meaning he doesn't use colour, which really fits with the theme of his drawings, The amount of detail put into his work is incredible and his use of shadow perfectly adds too the atmosphere his work creates.
All of his art is filled with unusual creatures, making each of his pieces filled with personality.
