I've been told that in some Native American cultures, the smell of cinnamon is equated with the scent of death, and given Joe's basically death on legs and my headcanon of him being a Native American spirit, I figured it'd be apt for him to smell like death, but in the non-conventional way.

I never thought of that way that’s really creative actually.

Alsoomse had been walking the streets of Boston, attempting to get used to the hustle and bustle. She prefered the quiet frontier, but as of late, she's been in need to visit the colonial populations. It was starting to get dark, and the air was getting cold. The fur lining her attire brushed against her cheek.

She was being followed. She could sense the eyes watching her. There was no one around at the present; no one visibly noticable, at least. She carefully turned around and announced into the darkness, "Why are you following me?"
