It's been ages since I've drawn Penny, but I thought it'd be fun to put her in the WHA world. I feel like she'd start out as a pointed hat but end up disillusioned pretty quickly after finding out how the knowledge of medical magic was suppressed.

Her cap can look normal but turns into a brimhat when the roses bloom. She isn't involved with Iguin's group and instead works as a traveling physician, trying to dig up as much of the old knowledge as possible.
