Hello John bourbon, I have a question about the canon changes in your story, Rotwd.

Spoilers ahead ofc

So, in the canon, Nick and Sarah of course die, but in this story they are alive and relatively fine, and Clem still follows the canon and ends up at Ericson's. Does the Kenny - Jane interaction still happen? Are Nick and Sarah there, too? And how do they eventually separate?

First of all, I don't know where you got John Bourbon from, but sure 😭 please tell me where you got that from, id appreciate it lmao

Basically, RoTWD is very much Canon Divergent. There is a few things that are unexplained when it comes to character survival, but that can be explained. (Spoilers under the cut)

In Season 2 - Episode 3, Sarah, Luke, Kenny and Nick are separated from Clem in the horde. In the RoTWDverse, they aren't located by Luke, as he's too beaten up to chase after them and just ends up back with the crew, so Jane renders them dead and the group is forced to move on. After that, they stick together for 6 years, at some point during that timeframe, Nick loses his arm.

Kenny and Jane still fight, but that part isn't mentioned or exactly relevant so far in this fic series.

Clementine's journey is partially different, but it's not to a point where things completely change, or where she gets sent on a different course. She is still the main protagonist from 2003 - 2011.

Anyways, uhhh im not entirely sure. Season 1 is about to end soon, so obviously a break will be needed. Cant imagine itll be too long, but that depends on the team as a collective and not just me 🫡
