You know how I've given Halt a black cat named Sammy? Well I found out today that my mum apparently used to have a black cat named Sammy so that's pretty cool.

Anyway thinking about Halt and Sammy again. Specifically thinking about how fucked up Halt would be after Sammy died (and before he replaced him with Abby). I've written out the Abby headcanons I need to figure out what pet Halt would get after Abby and write those headcanons. It'll probably be a duck

Omg I just had this dream where someone made some absolutely BANGER Halt and Horace fanart and it was so cute and I'm so disappointed it wasn't real. In the dream I was actively reblogging it and complimenting it when my fucking mum came in and woke me up

There was one where they were sleeping right next to each and against their horses. Like they were learning against one horse and the other was kind of blocking them on the other side so they were cocooned between the horses and they were just leaning against each other

There was one where it had Horace thinking about whenever he's not talking Halts always yelling, and then there was this little drawing of Halt being pissed and yelling at him

And then there was this little animation of Horace holding a little Halt and Halt trying to get out and screaming at him

There was another but I don't remember what it was.

Imma try and see if I can badly draw them out later, like the basics of what they looked like because they were so cute

Rangers and couriers are the best secret keepers in the kingdom unless it's among themselves. They're the best gossipers in the kingdom.

If Halt finds out a secret he's not going to share it out to the world and he's gonna keep quiet. But Pauline is an exception. He will be telling her about it. And she will be telling him whatever secrets she knows.

They stay up late many nights and just gossip until they collapse from exhaustion together

I'm doing Akinator but with my OCs and I swear to god it was so close to guessing my main boy Inigo as Will. I think the only reason it guessed someone else was because it asked if my character wears a hood and I said "don't know."

I kinda regret not putting yes because technically he would wear hoods since he wears hoodies a lot.

And technically Inigo was my Will stand-in when it was a RA rip off so it wouldn't be totally off

Anyways, you think my sweetie Inigo could be a Will? (he's on the right)

Headcanon whenever Halt has a mental breakdown or gets really angry, like violently angry, he gets really tired afterwards because being that emotional just physically and mentally exhausts him because he doesn't fully know how to deal with it so afterwards he'll just sleep most of the time and it also helps him calm down and feel better later.
