Caveat to that last post that I didn’t want to derail: I don’t think the timing of John pointing out harrows lobotomy was EVIL, I think he was trying to convince himself that harrow was crazy more than he was trying to convince her. Because the possibility of some random teenager getting into the tomb scared the everliving shit out of him!! It was very logical for him to go into hardcore denial about it (because how could she have possibly done it without his blood?), and him gaslighting her using her fucked up brain as ammunition was his way of trying to bury the seeds of fear and doubt that harrow planted in him about the security of the tomb
