It’s really weird, having just turned 25, to see kids I used to babysit turning 21 and celebrating on FB. Like, I used to babysit you! And there was only a 4 year age difference! That’s like using a horse to watch a dog! It’s having your kid watched by a slightly older kid!
And then I realize most of the kids I babysat were like, 4-5 years younger than me (or less, since I started babysitting non-family for pay at age 11-12ish) and just....wow. WOW.
