Do you think the TARDIS changed her interior after the doctor lost Amy and Rory to make him feel better? like the doctor was just sitting there in the TARDIS alone and really sad and all she wanted to do was talk to him to make him feel better and tell him that she will always be here for him but she cant do that so she changes the interior to maybe freshen up or cheer him up a bit
