Mr. Sands is the elusive leader of Dark Core. As far as the public knows, he and his corporation are drilling for oil off the shores of Jorvik, but the Keepers of Aideen know the truth -- Mr. Sands is actually looking for the resting place of Garnok, an evil being imprisoned beneath the sea.
